During office hours

Telephone advice is available from the pediatricians or the nurse practitioners. Phone calls are triaged and attended to as briskly as possible, with most phone calls returned within two (2) hours of the call being placed. Please leave accurate phone numbers, including cell
phone numbers, with the receptionist to help facilitate the most efficient exchange of information regarding your child.

After hours

After the office is closed, including weekends and holidays, pediatric telephone advice is available by calling the answering service at 510-464-8514. The health provider receiving and responding to the advice request will contact the advice line or the pediatrician on-call as appropriate.

Breast Feeding

Our office offers lactation assistance from a Board-Certified Lactation specialist, Tanefer Lumukanda, IBCLC. She is available for telephone, zoom consultation (http://taneferlc.com) as well as individual in-office consultations.
